Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data strategy and KPIs.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience and feature performance.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated monitoring tools.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Document methodologies and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Dask.
