Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to refine data collection pipelines and improve data quality.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide statistical analysis to support product feature rollouts.
- Draft comprehensive reports to communicate complex findings to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience in query optimization and complex joins.
- Strong expertise in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual narratives using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
