You will work directly with our CTO to shape our technical roadmap, mentor junior developers, and drive innovation through clean, maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable features for our core SaaS platform.
- Lead technical design discussions and peer code reviews to ensure excellence.
- Optimize system performance and reliability in a high-traffic production environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices in modern software development.
- Identify and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks within our microservices ecosystem.
- Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript) and backend technologies (Node.js, Go, or Python).
- Deep expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
