Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from data ingestion to production-level deployment.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of engineering excellence and rigorous code reviews.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve predictive accuracy and system latency.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep experience in libraries such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for ML models (MLOps).
- Strong statistical background and comfort working with large-scale, unstructured datasets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
