Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of container orchestration and service mesh architectures
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to production
- Strong background in test-driven development and observability tools
- Experience with high-throughput data processing pipelines
