Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
- Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to prioritize features and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Figma)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
