Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and customer behavior forecasting
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and product teams
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance and ethics
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Automate data pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools (Airflow)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven impact in fintech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL with large datasets
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, causal inference)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research or open-source contributions in data science
