Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Create pixel-perfect UI systems and design tokens for scalable components
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Develop comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and interaction mastery
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
