Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and optimize team workflows
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects with proven delivery success
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with SaaS product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
