Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from problem definition to insight delivery, supporting various business units.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing insights.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in product performance, user behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and provide recommendations based on statistical significance.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility, contributing to data model improvements.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data literacy and analytical rigor within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with large datasets required.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and scripting.
- Extensive experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Proven ability to perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and build predictive models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
