Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from requirements gathering and data extraction to insightful reporting and presentation.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, ETL processes, and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to identify key drivers and optimize performance across various metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define KPIs, measure impact, and inform strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement data visualization tools and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) that communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data literacy and best practices within the organization.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytical processes and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and building interactive dashboards.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language for data analysis (e.g., Python with Pandas/NumPy, R).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
