Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define data requirements, track metrics, and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the effectiveness of new features or strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our data models and data warehouse infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and scripting.
- Demonstrated understanding of statistical concepts and experience with experimental design (A/B testing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
