Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for real-time insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
- Optimize data models and ETL processes for efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in BI tools
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent) required
