Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into compelling user journeys.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze data to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
