- Resource allocation and team leadership for cross-functional project teams
- Budget management and financial reporting with 95%+ accuracy
- Process optimization to enhance team productivity and project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with JIRA proficiency
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
