Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive executive visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical problems.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to maintain a scalable data architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
