Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define key performance metrics.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Design A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature efficacy.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or Scala is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
