Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI for automated testing integration
- Lead performance testing initiatives using JMeter and LoadRunner
- Define test strategies and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify quality gaps early
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across the organization
- Analyze test data and quality metrics to drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern testing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of API testing with Postman and REST-assured
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Selenium WebDriver or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
