Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and SQL queries.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to identify growth opportunities and process inefficiencies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define instrumentation requirements for new features.
- Present actionable data insights and storytelling to C-suite leadership on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality and pipeline reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Proven ability to create interactive visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
