Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using JIRA, Asana, and MS Project while tracking KPIs
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, UX designers, and marketing specialists
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential project blockers
- Present executive-level project status reports and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior project managers and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience with remote team leadership and distributed project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
