Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to accelerate validation cycles
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and implement continuous improvement strategies for QA workflows
- Validate compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive quality enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of QA experience in agile environments with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Postman, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into test cases
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
