Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau and Looker to track core business KPIs.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications for engineering teams.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory analysis to identify growth opportunities and churn patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers to design, implement, and analyze A/B testing frameworks.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve organizational data literacy and efficiency.
- Present monthly data insights to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
