Responsibilities
- Architect, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity and reliability.
- Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Drive initiatives for security hardening and compliance across all cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Manage container orchestration workflows using Kubernetes in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in site reliability engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS services (EKS, RDS, Lambda) and GCP.
- Expert-level skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, security best practices, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in high-traffic environments.
