Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex automated dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for new product launches.
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data from diverse warehouse environments (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data storytelling and visualization.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards across all internal reporting pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
