Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end penetration testing and red-teaming exercises for multi-cloud environments.
- Perform deep-dive vulnerability assessments on proprietary applications and network infrastructure.
- Develop and automate custom exploit scripts to test existing security control efficacy.
- Collaborate with the Blue Team to refine incident response playbooks based on simulated attacks.
- Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to internal cybersecurity research initiatives.
- Produce high-impact technical reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging threat vectors and regulatory compliance standards (NIST/SOC2).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for security automation.
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and common exploit frameworks (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike).
- Active industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or CISSP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex risks to non-technical audiences.
