Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for production-level AI systems
- Lead research in generative models and deep learning architectures
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions
- Optimize model performance through advanced feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging ML frameworks and research publications
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of production ML experience with Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Expertise in NLP, computer vision, or generative models
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale (>1M users)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Publication record in top-tier ML conferences or journals
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow)
