Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics) using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
- Feature Engineering: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and derive meaningful features for model training.
- Production Deployment: Transition models from research notebooks to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, retrain algorithms, and optimize latency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, compelling business recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Statistics: Solid understanding of statistical inference, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data science or a related analytical role.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
