Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with organizational learning objectives and industry standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging multimedia learning assets (videos, simulations, interactive modules)
- Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessments using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Implement LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to deliver scalable solutions
- Measure training effectiveness through analytics and iterate based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior instructional designers and conduct peer reviews of learning materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing corporate or K-12 curriculum with proven ROI metrics
- Expertise in adult learning theories and curriculum mapping methodologies
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS administration
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ end-to-end curriculum development projects
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
