Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with industry standards and emerging skill demands
- Lead needs assessments through stakeholder interviews and market analysis to identify learning gaps
- Create engaging multimedia content including eLearning modules, interactive simulations, and assessment tools
- Facilitate pilot programs and iterate based on learner feedback and performance metrics
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for instructional design methodologies
- Stay current with emerging EdTech tools and pedagogical innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years developing corporate training or higher education curriculum
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning outcomes and ROI
- Portfolio demonstrating curriculum development projects across diverse industries
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
