- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board committees
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier firm
- Active NY State Bar membership
- Proven track record in M&A and securities compliance
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
- Admitted to practice before NYSE and NASD
- Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management software
