Qualifications
- 10+ years corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution
- New York State Bar admission (required)
- Proven track record in fintech or financial services sector
- Superior negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
