Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and drafting of high-stakes M&A agreements
- Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Manage due diligence processes for cross-border transactions
- Develop innovative legal solutions for fintech clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and lead litigation teams
- Build client relationships through proactive legal advisory
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier firms
- Active NY State Bar membership
- Proven M&A transaction experience (>$500M deals)
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (LexisNexis/Westlaw)
- Certification in Corporate Governance (CGC) preferred
- Fluency in Spanish for international clients
