Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with $50M+ valuations
- Develop and implement global compliance programs across 15+ jurisdictions
- Advise C-suite executives on SEC regulations and corporate governance best practices
- Manage litigation portfolios and external counsel relationships
- Drive ESG initiatives and sustainable business policy development
- Lead data privacy and cybersecurity compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms
- Active NY State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven track record in cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) preferred
- Advanced negotiation skills with $100M+ deal experience
- Expertise in SEC reporting and corporate governance frameworks
