- Partner with business units to align legal strategy with commercial objectives

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school with top 15% academic standing
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house
- Active New York State Bar membership with SEC Series 7/63/24 qualifications
- Proven expertise in SEC reporting, M&A, and international transactions
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500M+ deal experience
- Advanced proficiency in legal tech platforms (e.g., Kira Systems, Relativity)
- Track record of mentoring junior attorneys and leading legal teams
