Responsibilities

- Provide legal guidance on product launches and international expansions
- Mentor junior counsel and manage external law firm relationships
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience with BigLaw or in-house counsel
- Active NY State Bar license (or eligible for immediate admission)
- Proven expertise in technology contracts and data privacy regulations
- Superior negotiation skills and strategic business acumen
- Experience managing cross-border legal operations and teams
- Certifications in compliance (e.g., CCEP) preferred
