Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and drafting of multi-million dollar M&A agreements and joint ventures
- Advise C-suite executives on corporate governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop innovative legal frameworks for emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Manage cross-border transactions with expertise in international trade regulations
- Partner with business development to identify and secure new client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys through targeted training programs and case reviews
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school with top 10% academic standing
- 8+ years of experience in corporate law, with 5+ years at a top-tier law firm
- Proven track record in closing complex M&A transactions over $500M
- Admitted to NY State Bar with active membership in good standing
- Advanced certification in Corporate Governance or International Trade Law
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulations
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for cross-border transactions
