Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex corporate transactions, M&A, and compliance matters
- Draft and negotiate high-stakes contracts and commercial agreements

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Admitted to Massachusetts State Bar and in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience managing complex litigation and regulatory matters
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate legal concepts
