Responsibilities
- Advise on complex M&A transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives
- Develop and implement global compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead contract negotiations and risk management for high-value partnerships
- Manage regulatory compliance for SEC filings and international trade regulations
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide legal strategy
- Represent clients in board meetings and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Active New York State Bar license (required)
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance frameworks
- Proven track record in cross-border M&A transactions
- Advanced negotiation and contract drafting skills
