Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions due diligence and integration for $1B+ deals
- Develop corporate governance frameworks for public and private entities
- Advise on SEC compliance, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and cross-border regulations
- Manage litigation strategy and high-stakes contract negotiations
- Mentor junior counsel and optimize legal tech workflows
- Partner with C-suite executives on strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years corporate law experience at top-tier law firms/in-house
- JD from ABA-accredited institution + NY Bar admission
- Proven expertise in M&A, securities regulations, and corporate compliance
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw/LexisNexis)
- Strong track record in managing multi-jurisdictional matters
- Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholder management experience
- Preferred: CLE in fintech/blockchain regulations or ESG compliance
