You will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate strategy, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and providing high-level counsel to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Lead M&A due diligence processes and support cross-functional integration teams.
- Manage outside counsel and legal budgets for specialized litigation matters.
- Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity regulations, and intellectual property protection.
- Develop internal legal policies and training programs to ensure global compliance.
- Collaborate with the executive team on long-term corporate scaling initiatives.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a multinational corporation.
- Deep expertise in commercial contract drafting and corporate transactional law.
- Proven ability to distill complex legal risks into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
