Responsibilities

- Manage regulatory compliance across 15 jurisdictions with focus on fintech regulations
- Advise C-suite executives on legal implications of business expansion initiatives
- Oversee IP portfolio management and patent prosecution processes
- Lead cross-functional legal teams in crisis response scenarios
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the legal department
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience with Big Law or in-house counsel at fintech companies
- Active NY State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and cross-border transactions
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented $50M+ deal closures
- Advanced knowledge of blockchain/crypto regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing legal teams of 5+ professionals
