Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Proven track record in M&A transactions exceeding $1B
- New York State Bar admission in good standing

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience managing legal teams and budgets
- Admission to at least one additional state bar
