Responsibilities
- Lead corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
- Bar admission in New York State and active license in good standing

- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar deals and litigation matters
