Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives
- Develop and implement global compliance frameworks across 15+ jurisdictions
- Advise C-suite on strategic legal risks and regulatory developments
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution with external counsel
- Oversee intellectual property portfolio management and patent strategy
- Drive ESG governance initiatives and sustainability reporting
- Mentor junior attorneys and optimize legal operations workflows
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited institution
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms
- Active NY State Bar membership and in-house counsel certification
- Expertise in SEC regulations and SOX compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in cross-border transactions and GDPR
- Advanced negotiation skills with $500M+ deal experience
- Strong project management and legal technology proficiency
