Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, IPOs, and joint ventures worth $500M+
- Advise C-suite executives on corporate governance and compliance
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and licensing agreements
- Manage litigation strategy and regulatory compliance matters
- Mentor junior attorneys and develop firm-wide legal training programs
- Drive adoption of AI/automation in legal workflows
- Represent clients in SEC filings and shareholder meetings
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- New York State Bar admission (in good standing)
- Proven track record in M&A and securities law
- Expertise in cross-border transactions and international regulations
- Strong proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
