Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution with top 25% ranking
- Active New York State Bar membership
- 7+ years corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firm
- Expertise in SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Proven track record in cross-border M&A transactions
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CLE in fintech regulation)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500M+ deal experience
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred
