Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited institution
- 10+ years corporate law experience with top-tier law firm/in-house
- Active NY State Bar membership
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Proven M&A transaction leadership ($500M+ deals)
- Advanced contract negotiation skills
- International legal compliance certification preferred
