Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions and due diligence processes for global clients
- Develop innovative compliance frameworks for multinational corporations
- Advise on emerging legal issues in blockchain, AI, and fintech regulations
- Manage high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Mentor junior attorneys and drive firm-wide legal tech initiatives
- Negotiate billion-dollar contracts with Fortune 500 executives
- Present legal strategies to C-suite executives and boards of directors
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Active NY State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Advanced certification in Legal Technology (e.g., LawVu, Clio)
- Track record of leading $500M+ transactional deals
- Exceptional negotiation skills with cross-cultural business experience
- Admission to at least one additional state bar (CA preferred)
