Responsibilities
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and complex corporate restructuring deals
- Manage regulatory compliance for multinational financial institutions
- Lead contract negotiations with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop internal legal policies and governance frameworks
- Mentor junior attorneys and manage legal team workflows
- Represent clients in regulatory hearings and arbitration proceedings
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Active NY State Bar membership and in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and financial compliance
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500M+ deal experience
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis)
