Responsibilities
- Advise executive leadership on complex regulatory and legal matters.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in high-value M&A and commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes global contracts.
- Oversee internal compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies.
- Represent the firm in high-level negotiations and settlement proceedings.
- Mentor junior associates and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
- 7+ years of post-bar corporate law experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-party negotiations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate legal risk into actionable business advice.
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and corporate governance frameworks.
